These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 499bet ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at 499bet.casa and all associated services, products, content, and functionality made available therein (collectively, the "Services").

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the self-exclusion, deposit limit, session time limit, and reality check features available to all Users through their Account settings.

To register for and use a499bet Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 499bet strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities. Users who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or artificial-entity registrations are not permitted.

• You must not be a 499bet employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintainone (1) active Account on the 499bet platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify499bet promptly of any material changes to your registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.499bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

You must notify 499bet's customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 499bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure.

KYC Verification

499bet reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any Account at any time. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and/or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 499bet Account are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change and the current list is maintained on the 499bet website.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the platform and subject to change.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 499bet reserves the right to request evidence linking the depositing payment method to the registered Account holder.
• Deposits are processed in real time for most supported payment methods. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to banking system maintenance.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds to the Account, unless otherwise authorised through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements prior to processing.
• 499bet targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for standard requests. Complex cases requiring additional verification may take up to 24–48 hours.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the platform and may be adjusted at 499bet's discretion.
• Where Bonus Funds are active on an Account, withdrawals may be subject to rollover requirements as set out in Section 6 of these Terms.

499bet offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available, including minimum odds requirements, game contribution rates, wagering multipliers, expiry windows, and maximum withdrawal caps.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus at x15 requiresRM1,500 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet is typically capped at RM250–RM500 per round. Exceeding this limit will result in the forfeiture of the applicable bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino products, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–20%). The applicable contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance. Wagering requirements not completed within the expiry window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.

499bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage strategies, account collusion, or exploitation of platform errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All bets and wagers placed on the 499bet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or other gaming verticals. These rules are published within the relevant product sections of the platform and form part of this Agreement by incorporation.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 499bet does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in limited circumstances as set out in the specific game or market rules.
• 499bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including eroneous odds, duplicate markets, or system anomalies.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the decision of499bet's trading and risk team shall be final, subject to the complaints process outlined in Section 15.
• Odds and prices displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. 499bet shall not be liable for price changes occurring between the time a selection is made and the time the bet is submitted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per selection, event, or market are published within the relevant product interface and may be adjusted without prior notice.

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of the 499bet platform:

• Opening, maintaining, or accessing more than one Account on the platform (multi-accounting);
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC processes, or any communication with 499bet;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest data, or interfere with platform functionality;
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing a third party to use your Account or sharing your login credentials with any other individual;
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable burden on 499bet's infrastructure or services.

All content on the 499bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game assets, and software — is the exclusive property of 499bet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 499bet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 499bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 499bet shall not be liable for losses arising from: platform downtime, server failure, communication errors, third-party payment processing delays, errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, or your own failure to comply with these Terms. 499bet's aggregate liability to you for direct losses, where it arises, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

499bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and remain aware of the potential risks associated with gambling.

All registered Accounts have access to the following Responsible Gambling Tools, accessible at any time through Account Settings:

499bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• Any conduct that 499bet reasonably dems harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

In the event of Account closure, any balance of genuine deposited funds (net of Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you through your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review. 499bet is under no obligation to return Bonus Funds where the Account closure is due to a breach of these Terms.

499bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 499bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version of the Terms displayed on the 499bet website at any given time constitutes the current operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the effective date of any amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 499bet's customer support team shall be escalated through 499bet's formal complaints process, details of which are available upon request.

499bet aims to resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of a formal complaint being lodged. Complex cases may require additional time; you will be kept informed of progress throughout the review process.
